There is a threaded hole under the radiator which is not for a mounting bolt. In the middle but just off center....also has that funky little piece held in place by another bolt right by it.....what is all this for?

| This radiator has been off for a long time....I don't remember there being a bolt in there and my parts tray has nothing that fits. So I'm guessing that that missing bolt is optional? |
