| My CA is a 1952 according to the serial number, the serial number on the motor I thought should start with CE, mine does not, that number is CR 47015CA. I'm guessing it's been re powered. I can find manufacturing dates on CE engines but nothing on CR engines other than they were auxiliary power units. Any ideas? |

From the replacement parts book.......... look at the B-C piston spec... It would appear the comparison between the CE and CR serial number is about 106,600 motors ?? ------------- Like them all, but love the "B"s. |

that might not be the case 10 years earlier. but in your case, your CR number is only 200 motors from the listed serial number. ------------- Like them all, but love the "B"s. |

| I see mine is real close to that cutoff number. I guess it doesn't matter it runs like a top,I figured it had been re powered & was curious as to when my motor may have been manufactured. I certainly appreciate you taking the time to look, I couldn't find anything other than the most common application for them |
