Does anybody have an idea what the D-17 series 1 has engine weighs? I tried to hook it up to my engine stand tonight so I could start tearing it down and my stand didn’t like the weight. Lol
I can get one rated for 750 lbs at my local farm and fleet but want to make sure I have a st**dy enough one before I go buying.

For a ball park figure, I recently prepped a WD engine complete with manifold, distributor, flywheel and clutch and pallet and have a weight of approximately 600 pounds

Thanks! My stand is an old on and I even have the flywheel and clutch off. Sounds like I’m in need of a new stand. Lol

Gas. Autocorrect messed that up for me in my original post.
