changed fuel filter on 7040 primer rod had bad gasket so changed unit cant get it to prime is there more than one bleeder bolt to loosen or just the one on top

Pull fuel knob out on the dashboard. Pump away. No bleed screw needed. If tank is full of fuel it makes it work better.
