It's your tractor so it's up to you.  On the other hand, that print makes it historically correct, that is something very different.  Since those are our units and measures, one may think that it came from the factory that way, which would make it correct to leave it.

I know it would look odd with the rest of the tractor restored, but i think i would leave those wheel centers ORIGINAL and not refinish them.   If you were to re-create those words, then they would look added and be no link to the history of the unit.

297 pounds is probably the weight of the tire / rim / hub assembly ... 9 x 40 x 40 is the size it takes up when stacked / stored... ( 9 inches wide)  about 40 inch dia ( wide-height)..  No 1143 is probably counting the units as shipped.

Like them all, but love the "B"s.

Pretty paint will always ruin history and character.

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits.
If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY

I'm a fan of leaving things original too, but the choice is obviously yours.  I noticed at a recent auction there was a restored Deere with similar markings from export/import.  Thought I'd share:
