          | Have had a building boom here in Little Berger MO so ended up building a bullet trap for target shooting as do NOT want to risk strays and currently building a TurDeerdominium for down in the Brome field. Old bones do NO LONGER enjoy cold nor wet so building a Dry enclosed seating spot and may add a heater!! Once floor table(8'x5') is on and ladders built will go to field then build the topping shelter(6'x5')

          | Dave , the funnel on the bullet trap look like it welds to a pipe OFF CENTER... Looks like the bullet might spin around like a centrifuge ?   Did you see that design somewhere or ?  At first i was going to ask about BOUNCE OUT... then saw it welded off center..
 for Pistol ?

          | Saw that on a Welding site but the guy that built his own off an old pattern built it straight on, did have dents in the back of the pipe. I chose the Offset to try to eliminate any straight on hits.

Is all an experiment for myself, could probably have come more Off Angle than straight on the first wall. 1/4' steel, Sch 40 6" pipe(could have used 5" and been OK), The second plate actually inserts Into the pipe so can only make a 270 degree lap before hits a wall.

Pipe is capped atop, open to bottom for a Bucket.

          | Nice job on both! Carpet, heat and recliner in the deercondo and you will be sleeping when that monster buck walks by. I need one like that, no more climbing stands for me.

          | Both projects are Great! Thanks for sharing! I take good naps in our tree loungers. If I was any more comfortable in the stands I would never see any game at all! Regards,  Chris

          | Just over 2 deacdes ago my BIL and I with assistance built a 8x8 Condominimum on 8 foot legs, had a Attic pull down stair hip roof fully insulated and paneled for a Dear friend and a Chosin Reservoir survivor. His frostbite damage limited his deer hunt days until we assembled that where it stands to this day. Could sleep two comfortably with a warm breakfast and hot coffee at dawn!! We lost him last year but he had not used it in years.
Stocking footed shoot from the window and await the deer to cease kicking before dress up to go out!! Nephew used it for a Tree House at other times as well hunted from it, and maybe a little less than playing Doctor with gal friends went on in it!!
