Hello All, new to the site.
I have a few Allis graders, one model D square tube with a gas engine one round tube with cab and diesel engine and one that's a Galion square tube that looks just like the Allis.   My question is what's the connection if any with Galion and Allis.   Thank you.

Other than being a competitor and some graders using GM engines like early AC graders,  I dont think there is any connection.   Likely they used the same technology and trends in grader mfging so they have similarities.

I believe D gaders and Galion  both used the same Clarke transaxle
