6060 brake locking up

Our 6060 left brake will lock up when you use it, it will get hard to push and not release. Then if we only use the right brake the left will slowly lock up just by driving it. Any ideas on why?

Do the pedals work free of each other, or does one pedal try to move the other? MACK
