For those of you not on the FB page.  - I put together a short video of my current progress with the HD20 with the 6-110 GM.  I enjoy making the videos but not sold on narrating so please bear with me.
I made a proper welding table with the help of a styled wc parts tractor so I have a place to fabricate my exhaust manifold replacement.  I reworked the gauge panel as the original gauges were barely readable.  Installed full flow oil filters from a later engine and rebuilt the blower. The engine was run long enough to unload and pull into the shed for winter TLC.  IT was puking oil everywhere from the exhaust so the reason to rebuild the blower as i suspected the rotor seals.

iv got some photos i will share as well when i find a place to upload them

Cal-Ks, you've taken on major project there. Don't let something fall on you. It's really quite amazing what some of you guys get into. But I remember welding up a D-7 blade that was badly cracked and we didn't have to haul it off to the Cat House. Saved the old boy a pile of money. Man those were the good old days.       Leon

The old 110 sounds decent for time spent sitting. By the hard thump while running has one cylinder getting more fuel than rest, oily smoke may clean up once put in a hard power demand.

42 thousand lbs bare tractor so how much more with blade and cable control?  several thousand i would say.

Dmiller.  If you look close in the video you can see #5 smoke is a little different but sounds to me like a miss almost.  when you rev it up it clears up.  this injector was not returning fully when the valve cover was pulled to check the rack, but it was sprayed down with penetrant and worked loose.  hoping it would clear up with some good fuel and additive and a bit of loading.  i dont recall what # the injectors are and the new valve cover gasket/ oring was a ***** to keep on so not wanting to pull just yet.
