Took my first load of allis parts in yesterday..035 a pound. They were very busy. Four wheeler, motor scooter, tiller and lots of nice stuff showed up. All out of bank owned houses.

The last I knew, it was $20 /ton locally. Since China isn't taking anything, the price has tanked.

What kind of stuff?  Junk/broken beyond repair/rusted through,,,,, I can live with that.

The guy that just moved into town here said he would give me 165.00 a ton for old junk tractor parts...best price I've seen for a while around here.

5 cents a pound, doun't matter what it is..tin, hyd cyls,cast,cars,white goods,tools, all the same....
I've tried GIVING away A-C stuff but 'noshows' and shipping is $$,sigh.....
I'll be Spring cleaning next month,tired of storing stuff

My shelves are full of parts. 100 of this 50 of that. Most are good to real good parts. Just no interest. After 30 years of keeping everything I have decided my collection is complete and getting rid of parts that I don't need for my collection. I have invited many folks to visit and see my collection, for free! I count that number on one hand. So I attend my show almost everyday and reward myself for a job well done and fill up another five gallon bucket for the scrap pile.
