When I bought my D21 last year, the intake manifold heater system was removed sometime in the past.  I have since gathered most of the pieces I need, except for the cables which run from the starter bus bar to the relay and from the relay to the heater element.  These cables are NLA through AGCO.  I am hoping someone could provide me with the length, gauge, and end diameters so I could track some down.

Secondly, the hole for the push button starter has been enlarged and is much larger, meaning the switch cannot stay fixed in position and does not give good contact when you push it to start.  Would anyone have a mounting plate they would be willing to part with?

It's been a fun project this winter so far.  When she rolls out of the shop in the spring, she won't look any different, but will perform much better!
