The right steering clutch is locked up on our old Allis HD5. We took all the bolts out of the drum and the instructions we have just say to hook on to the break band and pull it out. We can't get this thing to budge, are we missing a step? Any advice would be appreciated.

Make sure you have removed 8 bolts from outside flange to the pinion and 10 bolts from inside hub drive and you need approximatif 1/8 inch loosed for pulling the drum assembly sometime you need to knock with a hamer om side drum to make loosed,

Finally got it out, but the teeth are not in good shape. We're probably going to need a new drum if anyone has one or knows where to find one it would be appreciated.

Gem Dozer you have anything left.  Or General Gear in Idaho. A lot of aftermarket parts for steering clutches.
