I have Windows 7 and have been using Explorer 11 for several years.. Couple years ago i noticed that Google Earth would not work...OK... Last year my Company Retiree page would not let me sign in  ...!!!!.....Signed up for Medicare supplement plan ... cant log into the site ...??? ..... Today im on You Tube and as normal, about 10% of the videos are " not supported by your browser".............. got me to thinking so i read up on Explorer 11 and it is "old style" and many new pages are not setup to WORK with it........

So i downloaded Google CHROME ( claims to be best for Win 7 PRO) .... and GUESS WHAT ?  All the sites now work...   None of the sites ever gave a reason, just did the run around back to " sign in again" and never worked.

FYI.

I've been using Mozilla Firefox for years on this Win7 Ultimate PC, a LOT faster/better than Chrome and none of the 'privavcy' issues that Chrome has. I also use  Mozilla's Thunderbird for emails. It's been 100% great FAR easier to use than GMail so I linked my Gmail accounts to Tbird.

Steve, since I did my own "update" to Windows 10, I can't click on emojis on this site, nor can I even log onto Yesterdays Tractors !! I am taking my LP to the guy that downloaded the upgrade to find a "browser" that works :( .
What a MESS, can't IMAGINE what the guys do that rely on computers that steer the tractor, tell a planter when to drop a seed, tell the fertilizer buggy when to "apply more/less"fertilzer,when the sprayer should apply "more or less" herbicide and HEAVEN FORBID- their combine BPA screen goes down LOL!!!

Yeah, the farther we get into the future, the more backwards we go.
THEY promised us that things were going to be SO much faster, SO much easier.  Well, I'm still waiting.

Well computers ARE  a LOT faster, making mistakes show up sooner ! I recently traded a laptop for a 1983 Radio Shack TRS80 Model III, I LOVED the 'old' stuff....

i dreaded doing an update... been thinking about it for several months. REad a little on Foxfire and Chrome and finally decided on Chrome,... they "SAID" there was a new version that worked flawless on Win 7 Pro... so i went with that.. Took about 5 minutes to load.. asked me 4 questions about saving passwords and moving my FAVORITES to Chrome... i agreed and it did all the work. I was online with a new browser in 10-15 mintues.. No problems after 2 days !!  Im HAPPY !

My computer guy says that Google is basically a "front" for harvesting any and all data pertaining to what you click-on and selling it. He CRINGES at the thought of all of the Chrome Books used by schools around the nation.

heck Google is no worse than 99.999999% of the 'aps' people download onto their 'smart' devices.... There was a 'marketplace' show on it,SCARY what 'they' can LEGALLY suck out of YOUR devices.
Having YOUR data on a 'cloud' is ,well, silly and stupid but if you're OK with it, please  send me a spare key to your drive sheds !!!
The two aps/pgms I tossed PDQ were Chrome and Gmail...
