Does anyone know the proper 6V bulb for use in the tail light of a 1947 B?  This is the style of tail light that looks like a small tuna fish can with a clear lens on the face and a cutout in the housing with a red lens.  Hangs from beneath the rear seat frame.

I don't know the number but this is a complete one that I had at one time.  I was looking to do 6v to 12 v so don't recall if it was the larger or smaller bulb that was in it.  If it helps...…

You're a lucky man Scott.  Those red lenses are really hard to come by!
I wonder if anyone could make them, in either glass (original) or plastic.  For functionality, the plastic would work as the glass ones crack and break real easy!

I'm trying to get these made with a 3D printer but iI'm not sure of what I'm seeing here.

Is that red cylinder have a lip on one end? Looks like the back has a smaller opening.

What proveded the seal ( if there was one) I see a gasket for one end ( between the cylinder and the disk?)  but waster would get in between the red lens and the can

Does anyone have one to measure?
thanks
Wally

Looks like you have a 6v bulb. Compare it size wise with an 1156. that would be a single filament 12 V bulb.
