Pure water weighs less than calcium chloride. 7 lbs versus 10 pounds of the good stuff. So on 45 gallons per tire that could be 270 lbs difference.  I'd speculate tire, tube and rim to be at least 250 lbs each plus what kind of fluid is in them.

This is correct as water weighs 8.33 lbs per gallon.  As per Firefighter I & II
