Got the D15 out for a couple hours this morning just to cut a couple of small fields that needed the grass and thistles knocked down. Worked well and so I grabbed a few moments of video.

Juggling my phone resulted in some unexpected wobbles in my line of cut, however, no fence posts were harmed.  Nice to hear the governor open up when the going got heavier.

Nice looking tractor.  Does a nice job tidying things up.

Thanks for the comments. After spending several months fixing things,as a retirement project, I was lucky and found a one man shop that does quite a few old tractors. Francis did a superb job on the paint. Even managed to fix some of my really bad welding. Still learning!

lol, at about 15-seconds, what is that lying on the ground? Likely a rock, but almost looks like you lost your hat on the previous pass. Great looking D15!

I noticed that as well on the video. Just some plastic from the sideroad would be my guess. My cap made it home with me!

Looks good! Nice D15 and sound good too.
The cows are knocking my grass down, but they seem to be leaving the thistle patches for me to look after!!  With all the rain we've had, those thistle patches are pretty healthy lookin'.   Time to hook up the mower and get 'em before they seed.

Thistle were just about to flower, so decided this was the day to cut them down. They were not that obvious in the grass, but would be once they flower. With all the moisture this year everything is growing fast and tall. Hay will be plentiful in our area. Not that I have anything to feed.
