I need to put new tie rod ends on a 1942 B

Is it true that I have to get a right hand end and a left hand end?

Part #'s RH 70207725 & LH 70207726.

It makes sense, but I want to make sure before I order.

It looks like an easy job, but anything I should know first?

Would their be an automobile equivalent like for a Ford, Chevy, or Dodge?
