Hi.

Markham is about 60 KM (36 mi.) from here. It is a suburb of Toronto. Some steel building companies seem to specialize in high pressure direct sales (generally strait commissioned salesmen). My opinion only.

There used to be a lot of companies that specialized in package prices for do- it- yourself, drop in your yard on a C.O.D. bases. You would have to arrange for erection. They may, or maybe not, provide a list of contractors.

   You can Google them.

I have been retired for about 4 years and have been out of 'The loop'. Probably best to contact them. Where did you find them?

Importing their product may be interesting; especially the Engineering for the intended area, freight charges, Border Brokers. The dollar difference for you, would be extremely beneficial. Applicable taxes?

   Ross.

Thery're about an hour east of me....
One day I asked about a 'clearance' building and got hammered with emails for MONTHS afterwards..even when I clicked 'unsubscribe'..several times.Whatever price they quote take another 25% off ,if , IF you really want their product. I can't see it being a better deal than local supplier though.

Not sure what you are building, I just had Shirk Buildings in East Earl pa do my shop and a 2 story barn. They were almost 1/2 the cost of Morton. I am very happy with both. These are not steel frame buildings.

I looked them up on the net after seeing an add. Add said they were selling over stock at discount prices. Contacted them, deals just seem to be too good to be true, and, they say absolutely no problem crossing the border 30x 38x 14 with one end, $15,000.

I'm just looking for a basic 30x 35ish storage shed to put my toys in

Look at Shirks— I did a 30 x 40 x 10, wrapped, (2) 9 x 16, (5) windows, (1) walk out, insulated roof, gutters completely assembled for 15k w/warranty. No concrete
