| I don’t have a book for a 7040 so I was wondering if anyone has a list of all the filter numbers either oem or aftermarket and good place to buy them. Nearest dealership is 70 miles and parts guy lets just leave it at that.. |

| You can use the on line parts book for your 7040 at http://www.agcopartsbooks.com/PartsBooksN/login.aspx?region=NorthAmerica" rel="nofollow - AGCO Parts Books . Click the View Books button down by the Guest User to enter. On the next page put 7040 in the model box and select AGCO Allis from the manufacturer drop down, then search. That should bring up your parts book. You can find the parts numbers for the filters, or other parts, you want there. You can cross those OEM filter numbers at sites like Wix filters, NAPA, Baldwin, etc. |

Engine oil filter tall # 74037047, engine oil filter short # 74035556, fuel filter old 74024232 new # 71367687, hyd. filters in the belly 70269921 & 70269922, power director transmission filter # 70267600, power shift transmission filter prior to serial # is 70269842, power shift transmission filter eff. serial # 5442 is 70269856, outer air filter is # 70266787, inner air filter is # 70267953, cab filter is # 70579916.
