My 7080 lost power, won't even go up a hill in 2nd Hi, changed fuel filter, bled injector lines and now it won't even start, tried either, runs somewhat on that but won't keep running on its own, any ideas? Thanks.

Could be a lot of things. Did you bleed pump after changing filter? Does primer pump up tight? Is primer still tight after spinning engine? Is there a vacuum between filter and tank? Did shutoff cable work it's way in going down the road? Is tank top or bottom feed? How much fuel is in tank? Could be other things. MACK

How was it running before it lost power?
Air restrictions Turbo failed Does it have any smoke from the exhaust while your cranking the engine

Been smoking a little more than normal this past spring (2018'), changed the fuel filter and found I had to replace the plunger unit for the fuel filter, filter pumped up fine with new plunger, went to field, (fall 2018) engine dying when trying to work ground, but drove home ok, but now nothing, no power and won't start. Tank 2/3rds. full, fuel ran out of hole when replacing the fuel filter. Have fuel at injectors when having the lines broke (5 injectors). Tried starting with air cleaners removed, no help, some white smoke when trying to start but not much like it should be. Besides the added black smoke when it was working, weems like my big problem ( no power) started after I changed the priming plunger for the fuel filter, part of the old gasket in the fuel line??, but fuel ran out of the filter hole when changing the filter?? Thanks.

Take the primer assembly all apart, there are 2 check valves inside it, that like to catch debris and clog fuel flow to the injection pump. The tractor will run fine without the 2 valves in there, they are just for the priming action.

Later 7000 series tractors with the gravity flow fuel supply from the bottom of the tank can be restricted were the hose connects to the filter base. There is an adapter and a 90 degree elbow at the lower corner of the base. This creates a bit of a bottle neck that can restrict fuel flow if there is debris in there.

Will check the main fuel line to the filter, and those valves mentioned, are they in that small housing directly behind the plunger I replaced?, held on with 2 small screws? Thanks.

Yes, the primer pump is a small self contained assembly, the plunger sticks out the side.

The primer screws apart to get the two check valves out. Usual problem with check valves is decree in them cases pump to loose prime.
A vacuum gauge with a clear hose at primer will tell a lot. MACK

Removed the primer assembly and took apart, no dirt or junk, the "O" ring inside is a little flat on both sides and just a little out of round but not that bad, could this be the problem?, I can try to match the size if they are just a normal rubber O ring? Thanks.

those orings are standard orings, available from agco, or a pump shop.
