I'm looking for a way to hitch Brinly sleeve hitch implements to my 5020. It has a tow bar and 3 pt. hitch. Has anyone done this? Are there adapters available?

Not the cheapest but  buy one of those 3pt hitches made to tow trailers with a receiver then weld  a sleeve hitch onto the hitch part that slides in that would normally have a ball on it.

Make your own hitch.----That would be the best way.---There no specific factory adapters that I know of.  Make a simple A-frame on the 3-pt., then add the sleeve hitch to that, and you have an adapter that will use any sleeve hitch equipment. The lift arms would allow adjustment for level or tilt.

If it were me, I'd find a piece of 2" thick-wall tubing, make a T, weld pins to the right and left sides, put a pair of tabs for a top pin, then weld two tabs near the bottom to serve as the sleeve pin...

What implement do you have in sleeve that's big enough to hitch up behind the 5020?

The only implements I have now are a Ferguson bullet plow that's too big and a 42" Bush Hog with a jammed up drive line. I'm looking for a 1 bottom plow and a small disc, and I occasionally see used Brinly implements online.

I made my own, copied one from Ford LGT125 but...Brinly made 3pt implements as well as sleeve hitch. I've got 3pt plow and cultvator for my Sears ST12. Tod bad you're not a lot closer as they're collecting dust.
Check local ads, CL, Gogle search....ask at small engine repair shops, yard sales, etc.
