Took me a bit to realize it though.  Getting some younger folks involved at our tractor club and is much needed I might add.  The thing is they are a couple or three generations later than me an they just grew up different.  Was talking after a meeting and exchanging or picking up parts and one young guy says to me, "My gosh you seem to bring something different to every show, I'm darn sure coming to your sale."  I just laughed and told him I hoped everything was wore out by the time he gets there.

That's a big problem getting younger blood into these old tractors, we have four younger members in our club but it don't seem they have time to help with much and the older members are getting too old to do it anymore

We have some of those also but we have a group of 25 to 30 year olds who not only work their tail off but are on the board and involved.  They butt heads with some of the older, "we ain't ever done it that way," curmudgeons,  but with some help have held their own and have gotten some changes and new things happening.  It's not just guys but gals too, and like church attendance, if you have several young gals it's amazing all the young boys that suddenly develop an interest.
