I hate shoes that have 'memory foam'.  It's got a memory, alright... it compacts into a shape and stays that way... Angry

I haven't tried other brands but Sketchers with memory foam insoles are the best thing since sliced bread in my opinion and experience.

Bob...you got it right, and with sketchers there is no 'break in' period, at least for me.

I agree with Kemp...they are o-k at first for that 1st day you use them, then just as well pitch them before using them a 2nd day!

That's how I took it. My sleeping on a memory foam mattress has not helped my memory, was my point. Darrel

Memory foam is a joke. I develops Alzheimer's shortly after you buy it. Sleep on it 6 months and it is like sleeping in a hammock. I miss my old water bed with foam inside.

Heck, at my age, I wouldn't care who the woman was that was sleeping next to me as long as there was one there!
