I'm looking for a complete service manual for my Allis 200 tractor that isn't going to require a credit card to download. Mine has a 301 diesel with turbo charger

I don't know about downloading that service m annual but for less than $40 you can order it thru an AGCO dealer, took about 2 weeks to arrive. Got mine in Nov. '18. Got tired of trying to get by with an I & T manual.

You can get Allis Chalmers manuals at agcopubs.com, printed,downloads,DVD, or usb. They are reasonably priced but not free. Free downloadable service manuals are few and far between from what I've seen.
