Gosh guys,,,I,nm really needing some help now,,,, my wife has taken a turn for not good. At 2 am, something woke me and I went to check on her,,,and appears to be having a siezure. Called 911 and ER determined to airflight her to UMC El Paso. MRI and CTScan don,t show a stroke now waiting on EEG to check for siezure. Praying she is ok. Today is her Birthday too!!!!! God help her. Hi Be |

Well once again the absolute bestest people in the worlare the ones right here on this site. It does my heart GOOD to be able to share this site with every one of yall... The latest update is she was just DownGraded from ICU tonext level down.i had caught the Neurologist and he tells me there is No evidence of stroke. Seizure did not appear to have any lasting affects. She remenbered Jons girl friend and appears her memory is as good as before. What a relief...!!!!!!! Neurologist thinks she may be able to go homeby Wednesday. Prayer is Great and i would like to be able to personally THANK EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU for being there when help ia needed. I love all of yall!!!!!!!!!!! |

Joe is probably resting up... El Paso is a three hour drive from his home. Thought maybe he would have checked in and give us update... Like Joyce had escaped to a nursing/rehab facility by now... or did get home. He had mentioned Wednesday of that possibly happening earlier in the thread... Well. I kinda been bushed out bein young as i am these days but all the prayers have been listened to and she is almost to where she was before this happened. She does hesitate just an instant before answerin a question but we can all live with some of that. Actually ahe was scheduled to be transported Wed morning but ole Joe thought she should go to the same Rehab facility that SHE liked so i had them change and the paperwork had to be started from scratch. Dang govt policy She will be transported this morning to Carlsbad Rehab at Carlsbad Medical Center. Many THAnKS to all of youse guys that have helped us with your concerns and prayers. I Love you all

Ok Guys we just walked in the front door and is it a great feeling to look forward to sleepin in your bed,,,!!!!
Dang that is long ole road from the land of Marty Robbins to here,,,shore glad I had a bag of flower seeds to keep me awake as Ms Joyce feel asleep soons we left the city limits,,,,,, drat,,,didn't see a single Deer or Elk on the way,,,,and I looked,,,,,, Gosh it feels good to get back to my PC and my barn burner 2 fingered keyboard,,,,, I just cannot say enough bout this group and the site. I took bout an hour last nite as the wife wanted to see what all youse guys had been sharing,,,,,she sure was misty eyed by the time i was halfway thru readin all the posts,,, she wants t0 say MANY THANKS TO ALL OF YOU,,!!!!!!! and,,,,and,,,,she says she has to save all them kisses for ole Joe,,,,,,, |
