Were the 200's turbo'd from the factory (stock)? I was browsing T/H and came across an add for a 200 and they made it sound as though the turbo was an "upgrade"?? Also saw some "series 3" 190's with sloped fenders Ermm ?

Yes the 200 was factory turbocharged.  Series III 190s with sloped fenders?  Something ain't right there!

Series 2 and 3 190XT's have different fenders, grilles, hoods and side panels for the hoods that any older model. To see the wrong fenders on a particular tractor isn't unusual. To see Series 3 decals on a tractor that is a Series 1 is also quite common.
