As i wait to see if anyone has a wiring diagram i figured i would order up some manuals.

I would prefer paper manuals, and if somone knows of an original set that would be my prefference. The reason being that the reproductions often have very poor imafe quality, as bad as if someone had just photocopied a photocopy. If anyone knows of a seller of reproduction manuals with image and text quality as good as an original, please let me know.

Also how many manuals are there, and which ones should I get?

It took me a year to realize the machine had parking breaks, so I think an operators manual is a must.

It has what appear to be 20+ zerk fittings, many in very strange places so a light maintenance manual would also be good.

The parts manual? Is there a seperate manual for the motor and transmision and tracks?

All and any help is appreciated.

there should be a service manual and a parts manual. the service manual will cover it all. only thing you have to know is your serial number as allis some times made another manual for a later machine that had changes on them. ebay is the best place to look. good luck on your purchase.

I had both service and owners books. Both Allis books. I saw some repos and they were pure crap. Poor pictures and missing pages in the service books.

Here are clips of the first couple pages of the parts manual at Minnpar. They show the publication numbers for the different manuals that were available and may help you get the ones you need during your search. Note that some are serial number specific.
