I know this should prolly go in the classifieds ,,,but,,,,,here goes. I am looking for a set of Triple carbs off a 750 to 1000 motorcycle for my Mule project. Anybody got a set they want to sell me,,??

HMMmmmmm,,,was I to venture a wild azz guess,,,I would mayhaps think ,,,,,the speed-o-meter would possibly hit 87 or 88 mph,,,,,,,  But,,,,but,,,Ted,,I'm not lookin for excessive MPH so much as climbing ability,,,Ya know to get back there wher them BIG ELKs is,,,,,,,,

I’d get a Zenith Bendix for a Harley with an adjustable main jet and fab a manifold. For such valuable info you should take me elk hunting. Just sayin |

I have made myself a reminder note on my phone and PC to contact ole Thad in March, 2020 to send in our applications for the Elk hunts. The Bow hunts start in September and,,,and DANG them bulls will flat be SCREAMIN their lungs out wantin some of thet cow nook,,,er,,,,never mind,,they be bugling. Then in October,,the Muzzleloader Bull hunts start and you mostly catch the tail end of the rut,,,still some good action. Then in November,,the rifle hunts start and a toss up as the Bulls have separated from the cows and gone into isolation,,,really IFFY to run across one during the rifle hunts as they ignore the bugles and cow calls completely. In December the cow hunts start with choice of weapon,,good hunts here if you ain't huntin for horns,,,,,,,I'm a meat hunter myself,,,,,,

Talking about hunting... WI., has some funny new hunting rules here... go buy your license, then put
on your orange and pick up your gun and go hunting... no back tag
required. Go out and shoot your deer, put tag on, take picture and send
to DNR an thats your registration, and your done. Then you can go and
take care of your deer... easy peasy.... now I wonder why the deer hunt

Thad, ya don't have to wait fer elk season in New Mexico. Up here in the land of Iowa, I go huntin every morning. first I hunt fer my truck keys, then my wallet,................... ------------- I still gots my A/C but it's clear out in the barn now. |

Oh, an yer not gonna find any triplecarbs on a buike thet big, are ya? No no no, youneed some quad carbs. I ain't got none but I gotta set of headers you can have. ------------- I still gots my A/C but it's clear out in the barn now. |

Lesson learned,,,,, OK,Les what you got,,???

Yeah,,,I hate that chit like that happens to ole Les,,,him bein such a great person,,,maybe I need to send thet dude a boxful of some of my best sticker weeds,,,that'd teach him,,it's just tooo dang bad we have to put up with AH's like that,,,but ,,, I strongly, strongly suggest ole Les file a complaint with the local constable and get the ball rolling, just so there is a legal "hold" on the guy tryin to move Les's property. Hey Coke,,,!! Well,I finally got ahold of ole Gaylan last nite,,,hey,, he's my kind of guy,,,,!! We talked bout old time Hot Rods and times gone by,,,He knows his business bout them bikes too. He did not have what I was thinkin bout, but did offer some ideas on how to get where I want to be. Thanks for the heads up.
