RLtool, Ray and I were waiting for my son outside the hotel admiring the parts we had gotten so far. Then my son comes out and said, on the way down the elevator a women asking him if he wanted to drive one of her D21s in the tractor ride. Oh sure we said, lol So when we got to the show, Kyle went straight to the registration table. There he met the gracious Marilyn Fanetti. She had Luke Oleson show Kyle what he needed to know about the tractor. Ray told him at the last minute that this wan't around the grounds, but a 35 mile trip. Kyle didn't care. lol The pictures are when they got back.

Tim & I told him. “That is just the kind of people AC fans are.”
We are pretty sure he is hooked on AC now.
Nicest lady there could be. We had breakfast with her Sunday morning. None of us guys wanted the conversation to end.

Thanks to Rich for such a great ride. We waited out the rain at our stop. Great timing! Rich told me 75 tractors went on the ride including 10 D21's What an opportunity to participate in such a rememberable event!

Looking at those big D21's takes me back to when I was a teenager when they came out.  Nobody around here had one, biggest AC I knew of was a D19 gas I borrowed from the dealer to pull our 4-H float in the Country Fair Parade.  I was sitting tall in that seat!

I can only guess what one of the BTO's (at the time), thought as he signed the papers to buy a D21.  Would his neighbors think he was getting too big for his britches or were they impressed with his ambition?

For being my first show I had a grate time from meeting new people and learning new things to being lucky enough to take that beautiful D21 for a ride. It surely will be something I will never forget!

I really wanted to take the 7040 on the ride, but having just got it all together, some things still not done yet, I figured I better not test my luck lol! Thanks for sharing the pics.
