googled 'allis-chalmers belt 209656', first hit was Gate PDF that says...

Fan................................................ 207003 TR22322 GS

Fan & Gen.; W/34 1/8” Belt O.C. 215885 TR22336 GS

Fan & Gen.; W/37 1/8” Belt O.C. 209656 TR22373 GS

...so I'm assuming you need a 37" belt, it'll be a 5/8" wide ( 'B')

the TR22373 GS is the Gates number...
