How is the best way to fix the siderail flex on a 7030, with a loader? The siderails flexing is so bad that the front plate on the engine moves and the bolts are loosening up and front crankshaft seal leaks all the time. The dowels are loose in the front plate and the engine block. HELP PLEASE !!!!

Don't know if the front axle would clear, but could one swap on the 4wd frame rails from a 8000 series? They are 2 inches wider if I remember correctly.

We had the same thing happen to our 7040. Bought the tractor new in 1976 installed a Leon 10' dozer blade for snow removal. The front of the undercarriage bolted up to the weight carrier thread bosses. First noticed engine oil leaking up by the front cover area. Cracked the oil pan once and had to replace with new one. Put up with it for a couple years, then Leon designed a new front mount that bolted to the front axle. Needless to say it relieved the stress and twisting on the front bolster and haven't had trouble since. Have had the same thing happen with a 200 and a WL42 Westendorf loader. Fixed it back up and use the FR10 wheel loader for the heavy work. I do like the idea of using the FWA frame rails. Good Luck, Mike
