there is an allis chalmers crawler/loader advertised as an AC 6C hyd lift O S in a sale bill not to far from me. pictures says 6G SO I suppose its a gas engine. Do these have hydraulic track adjusters, shuttle valves for forward and reverse. What is O S stand for. Hardto tell from the one photo about condition. track is adjusted to tight for sure. doesn't look to bad. I have an h4 gas which I like but the 6 is some what bigger. don't know what its worth but though I might take a look just looking for any info someone might want to pass on to me thanks for reading. Norm

HD6g  was diesel only.  344cu  early engines were lanova, changed to direct injection in '63 with the 6000 designation.  does not have hyd adjuster until later ones.  no shuttle.  manual gears with clutch.  no torque converter till the HD7g came out
