Hello all
I'm new to the forum and buying my first allis in a week or so.
Could you tell me what oil and how much I need for the
Engine transmission and final drives. Also amounts in millilitres would be great as im from he UK and we don't use quarts haha.

And while we are on the ubject how do the final drives get lubed if the tractor is lowered?
Thanks in advance
Regards tim

The motor takes 4 quarts which is about 3.7 liters. ... 10 w 30 is a good oil.
The transmission takes 7-8 quarts which is about 7 liters... Hydraulic oil / 10 or 20 wt motor oil, etc
The final drives take less than 1 liter on each side. We normally use 80-90 wt gear lube. The bull gear runs in the oil and throws it up to the top and it splash lubes the bearings. If you lower the unit, it works the same way.  ( turning the case 90 degrees)... if you rotate the cases 180 degrees, things are still splashed lubed, but the original TOP shaft gear is now slinging oil instead of the bull gear.

Like them all, but love the "B"s.
