I have a question about hydraulics, My tractor is an 8010 and I was using it the other day Mowing with a 15' battling mower. It would let me raise the bath wings but it would not let me control my height level. I disconnected in hotep to other implements having the same issues sometimes I cannot get my remote to work at all. I have 3 remotes on this tractor and all of them are doing the same thing. Any suggestions?

If it was just one lever...I'd say adjust the cable.
If it is all three levers...check hyd filter, oil level, hoses, then pump pressure. standby pressure, etc.

Could be bad couplers. If it has levers on couplers, that would be a good place to start. MACK

I have had problems with a fertilizer buggy doing that one time. One coupler had pressure and wouldn’t release the tip even though it was plugged in. It is a pain. Good luck.

If it has the lever lock style couplers throw them in the can, call salvage yard and get the earlier style couplers get the adapter nipple to plumb and never have to worry about them again.

Since you call this problem "sometimes" it might be a coupler problem but that usually does not happen to all of them at one time. Just something to think about is a little spring in the hydraulic pump (3/8" dia x 1/2" long and some shims) that sets the standby pressure of the pressure comp circuit. It is accessible through a plug on the outside of the pump and I have had it break which just stops all hydraulic function. If yours is broken such that you have reduced pressure , you could have intermittent hydraulic function??? Just a far out guess!!

I ask because I'm looking at a 8050 and it has lever type and it has wire tie around them, and couplers look different then others IV seen with lever type
