How did the snap coupler fully mounted roll over plows roll over at each turn on the ends when using on a WD Series tractor ?

Over on the knowledge forum there is a post titled AC plows parts 101 and in that thread there is a link to the plow frames parts manual from that era and the parts book shows how the roll over plows work.

The one I have, I have to manually turn it, I suppose if it was lubed really good a guy could turn it from the tractor seat...

My father had a CA and when I was a kid I would plow. Push a lever (from the seat), bit of a push and it would spin. Didn't take much strength.

my two bottom has roll over has the spring loaded trip that spins it when you raise it and pull the levermine is missing some parts it was mostly hooked to a series1 d17d and that trip bracket doesnt work on my wd

I am located in SW Idaho and mine has slotted moldboards. One thing to remember
is to turn it so the moldboards don't in to the dirt. Also, my dad bought
ours brand new. It's a one owner.    Bryan

They will plow deep if you don't watch it.
