I've got $4,000 in this 7060, of which, $150 in tool box and tools, $300 in hoses and a power direct rebuild. Cheap horse-power. It will be on the auger, pump, box blade, ditcher, scraper, brushhog and the disk or field cultivator if one of the other units go down. Cab, glass and ac components would have doubled my input on a $2,500 investment, so I cut the front of the cab off. I will say it's a hell of a lot easier to dis-mount than the 7020..... Even with 20.8 radials full of fluid, it will spin out in 3rd low, low side at 1/2 throttle filling the scraper. So is it worth giving it a paint job this summer? I kinda like the looks of that. Will keep the sun off of you and some of the rain. Different. And, yes, I'd paint it if you have time. Just for S & G.

| Looks outstanding. The units I have bought have needed some work too and you are correct you can't beat the dollar per horsepower cost when you do things yourself. Looks like you do great work. |

| Leon B MO, your 7060 looks great & like you said a great horsepower value. Is your Soil Mover scraper a 3-4 yard? Your 7060 should have more than enough hp for scraper. I got a similar Soil Mover scraper & love it. |

| Looks good. A buffing and waxing would help, cheaper and easier then a tear down and prep for paint. |

| turtle wax makes a rough grit rubbing compound in a liquid form. go over the faded paint with that and then a decent wax afterwards and you wouldn't believe the difference. |

| For really faded projects, I will use a rubbing compound with the finest steel wool and rub in , wipe off dirt, then use a good cleaner wax. Makes a world of difference. |
