These are Northwest cable shovels, photos taken today. I suspect either of these could be started and used tomorrow!!

Took lots more photos, these belong to a fella outside of Bay MO, and ARE for sale. Even has the crane attachment to convert one or the other to a crane or dragline.

I think it would be cool to have an old dragline like that.  would be handy for pond cleaning where its too soupy for the dozers.

He put them on a antique heavy equipment site for sale, did not get but two calls. Current ask is $15,000 each and a few grand more for the crane attachment to go with one of them or both if someone buys them both. Used to have a dragline bucket, scrapper ran off with it.

We had a local salvage yard a few years back had 2 BE 30b draglines converted to crain with a magnets . The owner retired and tried to sell them for scrap value .After about 6 months and no takers he fire axed them with the last loads of scrap going out along with a allis hd5 dozer. the cranes were in very good shape and he still had the page and hendrex drag buckets that went with them . one had a cat engine and the other had a detroit.

Just my opinion, but I would be surprised if he got half of asking price.  just no market for the old dinosaurs
