Ok Dave started it. 3 Guys share a motel room at Hutch. They decide to order in a couple pizza's. The pizza guy shows up and the bill is $25. Each guy throws in a $10 bill. The driver, confused at how he's gonna split the $5 change among the 3 guys comes up with an idea. He'll keep 2 bucks for a tip and give each guy a dollar bill back. So each guy spends 9 bucks. 9 bucks times 3 guys is 27 dollars. The driver kept 2 bucks, so that $29. Where did the other dollar go? ------------- I still gots my A/C but it's clear out in the barn now. |

Ole shame shame stuck it in his pocket when nobody was looking There's a bit of a trick to this. Each person put in $10. The driver gave each person back $1 and kept $2. GrayRay, I'm not sure, but I think it may predate us by a TAD.
