Ran out of oil filters for the C and WD45, bought one and the price was about $20.00. I was shocked they had went up so much. Read on the forum TSC was clearing out their current stock of filters for $1.59 and of course our local store was out. Checked around and prices ranged from $13.50 to $25.00. Finally checked with Autozone and they had Fram C159 filters for $7.99 each and I ordered four. From what I can find this is the best price I could find. Got them overnight. Thought somebody might be interested.

Mike, I just got done shopping around for filters my self.sounds like you lucked out on the price of the filters.when I checked autozone and advance and others on line, the best I price I could find was around $13.00.Agco was out of control, over $20.00, two and a half years ago. After a little digging on the interweb I found this place ( http://usa.petroil.net/T300-M/" rel="nofollow - Link to petroil filtration exporters ) and ordered a case of baldwin t300m for 80.14.With shipping, delivered to the house, ended up being 8.52 each, not too far off from your price. The only draw back was 2-3 week lead time.My order took exactly three weeks.By the time I found out about tsc clerence sale on the frams(tow days before the baldwins showed up) , I had already ordered the baldwins.I happened to be out the other day ,and stopped in at two TSC close to me, and lucked out,and found five c159 on the shelves between the two stores which came home with me.I should be stocked up for a while now.

WF, I got the t300m's from zoro a couple of years ago for about $9.00. I went with petroil this time,$8.52 each with shipping.Had to buy a case of twelve which is ok,as I don't think the tractors are going anywhere to soon.here's the link to them.     http://usa.petroil.net/T300-M/" rel="nofollow - petroil

I get mine from Steve from Custom Circuits. He advertises on here.
He sell the Fram C159. They were $4.00 each if you buy 6. That was 5 years ago.

Is this a TSC closeout or is Fram ceasing production of these? If Fram stops producing this filter, other brands of it will disappear too. We used Wix filters on an old Wisconsin genset at work years ago, but I never looked to see if it was stuffed with cotton the same way the Fram is. I don't think Wix ever had Fram produce anything for them.

The only problem is, that TSC isn't listing the L30007 purolator filter any were in their system so far.this is the cross over from the fram c159.doen't come up on their web site at all,go figure.

Doug, I don't believe fram was making the c159s.It reads right on the box "manufactured for fram group".they also have the same eleven digit date code on the top of them that baldwin and hastings uses.(baldwin owns hastings).Looks like c159s possibly made by baldwin or hastings???

You won't lose money if you bet that one manufacturer makes filters for several different companies to put their label on.

As mentioned above, I found some C159s from Mill's Fleet Farm, online.  They were $8.95.  Not as good as $1.59 or $7.99, but better than the $20 I paid last time.  I bought 4.
