hi i am having trouble getting the brake drum off a B i have tried with a 3 leg puller but it will not move i have also soked it with wd40 anyone have some tips

Heat might break it loose. Most of the time the drum is destroyed in trying to get it off and has to be replaced. A number of the suppliers that support this Forum have them available.

WD40 is a useful product, but (IMHO) isn't a very good penetrant. There are several other products that are much better. I like Kroil best, but I also use PB Blaster and Liquid Wrench.

If you want to make your own penetrant, a 50/50 mix of automatic transmission fluid/acetone works very well. I have also used ATF/diesel fuel, but the acetone seems to work better.

We used a heavy duty puller on the d15. Rods thread into the 2 threaded holes on the drums and there is a push bolt that pushes on the shaft.

Do NOT pull on the drum OD, only on the hub. If all you have is a "finger" puller, take a cut off wheel and make a few cuts on the hub so it breaks easier.
You can also remove the final drive and press the shaft out with a hydraulic press.
I use WD40 to keep my garden hoe from rusting and to dry out a distributor cap if it gets wet inside. It's not a good penetrating fluid.

thanks all it looks like i need a better penetrant and more power as they say no matter what the question is the answer is more power
