Does anyone know the torque rating of the 10000 engine in a HD11s crawler? I can only find the 99hp at 1800rpm listed.

by mathematical calculation that would be 288 ft-lbs.

specs from a 1970 ag book I have for a HD11E; which probably had 11000 engine though.
123 hp @1800rpm
95 DBHP
max torque  390ft/lb @1350rpm.
specs for a HD6B were
75 hp @1800rpm
237 ft/lb @1200 rpm

Merv

My 1970 Power Farming Annual (Oz) quibbles a bit at 122.5 (net) hp for an 11 E and the same torque

Has HD 11EP hp as 140 (net) at 2050 rpm and torque also as 390 lb-ft at 1350 rpm

Max drawbar pull  11E  29700 lb, 11 EP 60,000 lb

I’m thinking of repowering one of my 11s’ with a new Cummins using the California CARB program. The B4.5 has perfect numbers but runs 2200 rpms. The B6.7, which was the one they recommended, has too much power even at the 1900 rpm spec. My cousin did an hd9 back awhile with a 5.9, but they aren’t tier qualified anymore.
