Just wondering if my first Allis tractor I had as a kid years ago still exists...It was a 1944 model B, S/N 68310. Last I knew 12 or 14 years ago, it was somewhere in the far SE area of Michigan, or somewhere in the "Toledo Strip".....that being said...now it could be anywhere.

I'd post a picture if I could figure out how.  It had the remains of the cultivator frame on it, and a homebuilt snowplow I built for it.

Thanks

Nice looking tractor, too bad you lost it.

As nice a looking B as that is I would think it is still out there, specially since it's only been 12 years ago.

Thanks for the encouragement. The tractor was lost in a messy family estate thing.

Now, kinda longing for the stupid thing. Not sure if another B could hold allure or not.

Good luck. I hope you find it and can bring it home! Had a couple WD45's in the family that slipped away 20 years ago. At the time I wasn't interested in saving any of them. Things change.
I did scoop the one family WD and was glad it remains in the family!

 Chris

I'd say you have a couple things going for you to find it 1)Its in nice shape so it most
likely wouldn't be junked 2)B's aren't rare so its probably still in a 100 mile or so radius because no one is going to the expense to ship one across the country most likely.

You could always post a picture on CL and explain you're looking for it but then you need to be prepared to pay top $$$ when someone knows you really want it.
