Looks far to good to scrap!!  Appears to be a '29 and has the correct mag..  Serial number given is actually engine number.  Serial number is in front of shift lever.

Block could be repaired or replaced.

ok.. I put it on my watch list, I hope the other head is there somewhere, they don't have any pictures of the other side, so don't know anything about the carburetor,, or say anything about the engine,,,maybe I'll call tomorrow.. ...

I have wanted a E model,, but would prefer a later model with rubber

It appears the hood is laying on the ground beside it.  The head and some other parts are in the cockpit area.  It looks like everything might be there.

That thrashing machine was a bargain at $150.  I wonder if the pick up attachment on top went with it?.  I bought a very similar machine 25 some years ago, also for $150.  It was the last one sold in Boulder County, sold new in the late 1940's.

John,,, I didn't even bid on it...I really need to sell some things around here instead of buying more projects I'll never get to fixing...

I have always wanted an "E",, I bid on one years ago at an auction close to me, just didn't have the money to buy back then..I think it went to MO..
