Hi, while it isn't an allis question I will be pulling it with my allis tractor.

Just wondering if any one here has experience with a krause 5200 no till drill. Currently running a Massey 33 but it doesn't have any depth control and can't do notill.

Would be pulling the drill with the 7040 should be enough power and weight

We have a few around here, very professional farmers pulling them. I am sure if they were junk these guys would have gotten rid of them by now.

I have a 5200 NT, 15 foot, 24 hole on 7.5" with coulters on front. It has the PRO units on it. I use either a 220 or 8050 to pull it. Bought it used 6 years ago and really like it. Once I calibrate it for the crop, it's very accurate. After I had it a few years, i bought the 3 point hitch adapter for it. Money well spent. It takes the load off the hitch and is a lot easier to hook up. I'd buy another.

They look nice. I've been trying to find a nice 13' version for a while now, but it seems like the reasonably priced ones are sold as quick as they are listed, and the rest are priced out of my budget.

Yeah seem like they are built heavy, going to take a look this upcoming week sometime. Apparently one hopper is getting rough so probably needs patched. Would be a nice time/ fuel saver being able to no-till. It is priced cheap, or at least I think it is so not sure what to expect.

What size and spacing is the one you're looking at? There is a 15', 3 point w/7.5" spacing at a salvage yard north of me that has good hoppers on it. I got the small seed kit from it and installed it on mine.
