The Missouri AC club got together for their annual December dinner/meeting this past Saturday at Wise Bros Implement in Kingdom City, MO. Great time together as always - it sure is nice to catch up with friends and make new ones. We visited for a couple hours, then ate fried chicken and sides, followed by my favorite two kinds of pie; hot and cold, along with Allis Chalmers ice cream. When I went to sit down with my food, I decided to sit with someone I hadn't met before. So I sat down with a very nice husband and wife, and guess what? We talked about Allis stuff, family, life in general, and I made a good friend! Then a meeting was held where we elected officers and planned for another fun year together. Good times...

Yes it was a great meeting and great time shooting the bull with old and new friends. Special thanks to David for hosting the club and providing dinner. We watched old movies of his famly’s AC dealership. This is the second or third time he has hosted the club and its is always a great time. David and his son and other family members are most hospitable. Thanks again!

I wish I would have known about it. I would have brought the boy. That looks like Rods John Deere Ice cream maker. My wife’s uncle.

We'll make sure that you know about the dinner next year.  That is Rod's ice cream maker.  He didn't need much ice , it was about cold enough outside to freeze without any ice.  The wind was really a blowin.

Yes, A Big Thank You to Dave and his family and staff for a great day.  The food was super, and they even had rhubarb pie for me.  This will be added to my list of great memories that I will review as I get really old.
