Did the CA have a rear mounted blade? Was it an Oxnard with CA width lift links or was it something else? Also what sickle mowers were available for one? I bought a Snap Coupler equipped CA and while it will primarily be used as a mower tractor with a Woods L306CA I was curious about what other implements I could use with it. What was available? What will fit? I seldom see CA specific implements for sale, while WD-WD45 implements are everywhere. Can WD-WD45 implements be used if you narrow the lift links? Thanks, Tim!

The Oxnard blade comes with extra holes for changing the horizontal bar so it will fit the CA.  That is the only thing you need to change.  The pins come with quick/K keys but a lot of them I've seen have been replaced with cotter keys.
There were CA specific implements, but I don't know what they were.
I would think that you could alter the WD/WD45 stuff to fit.  It should be easy to do, especially since so many had just chains for use.

The Belly mower specific to the CA tractor, although it could also have B/C specific mounts was the #5. The #7 was a the first rear mount snap coupler mower for any snap coupler equipped tractor.
As for Other CA specific implements, there was the #52 plow, #54 spinner plow, 2 disc disc plow, 4 disc tiller, #20 Disc, #30 Disc, #40 Disc, The two row Drill planter had 2 different hitches, Pin hitch & Snap Coupler, Front mounted Cultivators, Curved shank Sub-Soiler, 9 run All Crop Drill, Front mounted Dozer/Snow plow, 5 shank Coil spring field cultivator, spring tooth field cultivator, the above mentioned #5 sickle mower & Oxnard rear blade, farm crane and the rear mounted tool carrier, along with a 1 row Cotton picker. There also may be something that I don't know about. So if there is a farm job you want to do with a CA, there is a factory built CA implement for the job.

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.

You can see some of the CA equipment in action in one of the old sales films. I think it's called A New Modern Farm Power Package.

Beautiful CA and B Ross! Dad has cultivators, belly sickle mower, 2 bottom plow, but is currently running a L306 belly finish mower. Great little tractor. A blade like that would be sweet. Also has a 3 point snap coupler setup with it.

Really cool pictures of CA's at work! I have the Oxnard rear blade, nice to know it will fit my CA. Really cool picture of the CA crane, is that factory or homemade? Right now I have my mower on mine but with winter coming I think I'll take it off so I can use my blade if it ever snows. Thanks for all the pictures, good looking tractors and implements!

I think there is a sub soiler for a CA on Dubuque craigslist.  I wouldn't mind finding a spring tooth around the KC area.
