I have an oil leak on the right side of the transmission.  It is the seal on a plate on the right side of the transmission behind the brake pedals that the oil lines to and from the hydraulic fluid filter go through.  i do not know what is behind it, so will I have any difficulty reinstalling the plate if I remove it to replace the seal?  Thanks.

just two steel lines with o-rings that go into that plate from the transmission side
you can clean the two mating surfaces and make a gasket or use a thin bead of silicone.

It will probably take 3/4" line wrenches to loosen those nuts. There's not much swinging room for a wrench and platform removal helps if needed. DO NOT cross thread the lines when reassembling.
