I have a 1980 model 7080 Allis Chalmers.  The hydraulics have been weak since I bought the tractor, but recently, it has gotten worse.  When the tractor is driven up hill, all the hydraulics stop working.  There is no power steering, no brakes and the lift will not work.  The hydraulic fluid and filters have all been changed within the last 100 hours.  Any thoughts on what this might be?

If the tractor continues to keep on moving up the hill, it sounds to me like your hydraulic oil level is EXTREMELY LOW ON FLUID, like maybe 12 gallons low on oil.  Now, where are you checking the hydraulic oil level??

Checking the site gauge at the rear of the tractor.  I have actually screwed out the top site gauge and added until oil runs out.

Did you wait for oil to level before you put sight glass back in? Could still be 5 gal. Low. No reason to quit going up hill other than low on oil.   MACK

3pt lowered is true, but it wouldn't be so significant to stop tractor.
