Found these planter parts in some of my junk today. The one on the left has IHC stamped on it, but I've never seen an IH planter with plates that small. They're mirror opposites of each other which I thought was interesting. Anyone know anything about them or does anybody need them?
Thanks!

Might as well spill the beans....I've been wondering for years! I got them with a bunch of other stuff back in 2010, and have never figured it out.

They're for a two row planter. I need to see the other side of the bottom two parts But I'm pretty sure they turn the seed plates. The top two parts sit over the plates in the seed canisters.

The bottom parts could also be fertilizer. Need a better picture and also if there is a number on the plates in the bottom parts.

Yes, those bottom parts turn the plates, which sit under the top two parts. I just didn't know what planter they fit. I'm not good at terminology either. Lol

the bottom ones turn the seed plates, the top 2 fit inside the seed boxes and the little spring cog keeps seed from just flushing down the seed tubes, just like the newer planter boxes have. the seed plates fit in between the 2 things you have pictured.

They are for the 2 row planter made by Cole, that was mounted on Cubs 140, etc. Planter was kinda unique, in that one box had 2 plates in it, that rotated in opposite directions, planting 2 rows, from the one box...

Wow! Thanks, Dave. I've seen a lot of planters, but none quite like that.
