WOW! Got a visit from Simplicity from La. Brought up a load of Crawfish and Shrimp as in Shrimp Étouffée.... Great folks from S. LA. used to be the AC dealer in Abbeville. So we took the crawlers home, treated them to a 12 minute sauna with corn on the cob, potatoes, ohnyouns,sausage and all the seasonings... close to heaven.... fed all the kids and more...
so full.... C’est la vie!!! & c'est si bon .... sucer les têtes d’écrevisses... I picked up a few of the phrases while we spent over a years in Lafayette calling on dealers and working with high clear tractors and rice Gleaners...
